Oak Boat House and Decking

This Oak Boat House was and Decking was produced in 3 weeks. It was an absolute pleasure to build.

All timbers for the Boat House frame were handcrafted, using mortice and tennon joints. There is not a single screw, nut or bolt holding the frame together. The entire structure is held together with oak dowels.

This was not a straight forward build by any means of the imagination as we were working 3.6m out into the lake but we hope you agree, a beautiful finish

You may notice that in one picture a oak branch has been pinned to the top of the roof. This was part of the ‘Topping Out’ Ceremony and was placed as a reminder of the oak trees that was cut and used in the construction of this project.

Brick Wall with Sandstone inlay

This beautiful brick wall was made in aprox 5 days including putting in the footings.

This wall was built at 6ft high incorporating 3 brick pillars per wall.

The wall was built to match the brick work in the cottage that had Sandstone inlay

Home Office and Workshop

: Home Office/Workshop

This Home Office/Workshop was created entirely by David Baulch Landscaping. It was built to 2010 Building Regulations and approved by the local council. The building was fully insulated and double glazed windows and doors were fitted. The Decking area was added as the build was completed by ourselves as the customer wanted a large usable space for them to enjoy the garden and ponds.

This house was in quite a state but with our efforts it became...	this, new lawn's, path's, patio's and conservatory's.

This is a wonderful example of how to make the most a small garden area. By using different coulours of textures of gravel or shingle you can create a visual delight. Simple but effective.

This shows the closeboard fencing that is a great way to secure your garden and look great at the same time. This job was carried out in just one day. What kind of a difference can we make for you in one day?

Children’s Play Areas

In this photo you can see a great example of a timber childrens play area. The area consists of a playhouse, double swing option and a 8 metre wave slide. The floor area was covered with bark chippings and for safety. Kids young and old will always get enjoyment from one of our play areas.

Driveway

This front garden was originally covered in 12 foot Leylandii. The house was only visable once you had faught your way past. After clearing the Laylandii the drive was cleared and levelled. The new front lawn area was created with turf. The customer then requested the Post and Rail fencing with the option of double gates added.
